Everything in Essential, with a second inspection and priority emergency contact.
Everything in Preferred, plus exterior cleaning services and a future roof replacement credit.

We inspect visible, safely accessible roof areas for signs of damage, deterioration, drainage concerns, previous repairs, and other conditions that may need attention. Essential includes one inspection per year. Preferred and Premium include two inspections total per year (before monsoon; after winter rains).
All three RoofCare plans include a photo condition report to document significant visible findings and help you understand what we see on your roof.
Includes small maintenance items that can reasonably be completed during a scheduled RoofCare visit. Larger repairs, replacement materials, structural work, or work requiring additional labor or a separate visit are quoted separately.
Includes minor sealant touch-ups around safely accessible penetrations, flashing, and similar areas where needed. Larger repairs or replacement materials are quoted separately.
Includes light debris removal from safely accessible valleys, scuppers, drains, gutters, and other critical areas that help move water off the roof.
Preferred and Premium include one priority emergency response during the active membership year. A Raving Roofs team member will contact you within 48 hours. This is a response-time commitment for contact, not a promise that repairs will be completed within 48 hours. Repairs, materials, and additional work are quoted separately.
Premium includes back patio rinsing and driveway rinsing.
Premium members receive a credit equal to the previous year’s RoofCare membership cost toward a qualifying full roof replacement. Additional eligibility details and offer terms may apply.
Raving Roofs RoofCare is designed to help identify visible roof issues and provide preventative maintenance. It does not prevent leaks, storm damage, normal wear, or other roof problems from occurring.
Inspections and maintenance cover only areas our team can safely access and see. Hidden conditions beneath roofing materials or inside the home may not be visible during a standard inspection.
Repairs, replacement materials, cleaning, or other work beyond what is specifically included in your selected plan will be discussed with you and quoted separately. No additional work is performed without your approval.
RoofCare services must be used during the active membership year. Unused services do not carry over unless agreed to in writing.
Raving Roofs RoofCare is a maintenance program. It is not a roof warranty, insurance policy, or guarantee against future roof problems.
Your selected annual total will be sent automatically to MX Merchant. You’ll enter your contact, billing, and payment information there.
