I began my roofing career in 1992, working my way from tear-off and roofing helper to foreman, project management, and sales. In 2004, I took the next step and started my own roofing business.
Throughout my career, my goal has always been to treat every employee, customer, and person we meet like family. I believe in treating people right, doing quality work, and building relationships that turn happy customers into raving fans.
I’m originally from Litchfield, Minnesota, but grew up in Snohomish, Washington. I love spending time with my wife, our 10 children and their spouses, and our grandchildren. Outside of work, you’ll find me golfing, traveling, or enjoying God’s creation with family and friends.
With more than 38 years in construction, I’ve spent the last seven-plus focused on roofing, from installation in the field to managing projects from start to finish. For the past four and a half years, I’ve had the privilege of serving as president. My passion is simple: to serve our employees and our customers the very best we possibly can. Whether you need a repair, a replacement, or just an honest answer about your roof, we’re here to help with any roofing need you have.
Outside of work, my favorite time is spent with my wife, children, and grandchildren, especially when we can get outdoors together.
My career in roofing began in 2002. I got into the industry simply because I was “looking for something else to do.” I started out tearing off roofs and worked my way up to project manager over the next 11 years.
Once I realized roofing was going to be my career, I began learning more about business and leadership. Over time, I moved into leading production and sales teams, eventually becoming General Manager at Raving Roofs.
I’ve always enjoyed taking care of people and doing what’s right. After 24 years in the roofing industry, that hasn’t changed. I still love helping customers and treating people like family.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time in the woods, golfing, or enjoying time with my wife and our 13 children.
I lead marketing at Raving Roofs, focusing on homeowner education and content that answers practical roofing questions. I work with our roofing professionals to turn their experience into articles, videos and resources that help homeowners understand their options and make informed decisions.
I was drawn to the team’s commitment to integrity, customer care and quality work. Outside of work, my wife and I enjoy hiking, going to the gym and learning new things. That interest in continual improvement also guides my work.
I’ve spent more than 15 years helping homeowners throughout the Phoenix area make confident roofing decisions. I got my start working with my brother and uncle on flat roof coatings, then became a partner in a family business, overseeing roof tear-offs and demolition. I also ran a demolition company for nine years.
What I enjoy most is educating homeowners, clearly explaining their options, and recommending solutions that deliver lasting value. Honesty, communication, and customer service matter to me. Many of my clients have trusted me to help their families and friends over the years.
Outside of work, I spend time with my wife and two boys, barbecue on my Traeger, collect sports cards, and help others build budgets. I also enjoy vacations, card games, and the occasional round of golf.
I’ve spent more than 23 years working in the roofing and construction industry, gaining hands-on experience with tile, shingle, and flat roofs. I’m detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and believe in being straightforward with people. I can be blunt, so don’t get offended. I believe in telling homeowners what they need to hear, even if it’s not always what they want to hear.
Outside of work, I enjoy tackling projects around the house, spending time outdoors with my son, and driving just about anything with a motor.
I’m a residential roofing professional serving homeowners throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area. My experience includes tile roof replacements, underlayment systems, shingle roofing, spray foam roofing, and roof repairs.

I grew up in a Michigan union home, where my dad taught me to do every job right. With years in finance and insurance, I know how to protect an investment. I bring that same work ethic to every roof. Off the clock, I’m in the kitchen or giving back to local schools, building stronger homes and communities alike.
I’ve spent more than 10 years in the roofing industry, gaining hands-on experience with tile, shingle, and foam roofing systems. As a Project Manager at Raving Roofs, I use that experience to oversee projects, coordinate with our crews, and make sure every job meets our standards for quality workmanship.
I believe a successful roofing project comes down to attention to detail, good communication, and doing the job right the first time. I take pride in working alongside my team and making sure homeowners are happy with the finished product.
Outside of work, I’m a proud father of five. Spending quality time with my kids is one of the most important things in my life. My family motivates me to work hard, set a good example, and always give my best.
As Inventory Control Manager for a roofing company, I oversee the sourcing and purchasing of quality materials, ensuring the right products are available when and where jobs need them. My responsibilities include tracking materials to specific jobs, maintaining equipment, conducting safety checks, and keeping the yard organized, efficient, and safe. I work with a variety of roofing materials, including foam, tile, metal, and shingles, while ensuring equipment and resources are ready to support field operations. My focus is on maintaining accurate inventory, minimizing waste, controlling costs, and keeping crews productive by ensuring materials and equipment are available when needed.
I enjoy drinking black coffee, Costco vanilla ice cream, and spending time with my wife and children.
As Executive Assistant at Raving Roofs, I help keep our leadership team organized, connected, and focused on what matters most. With a background in customer service since 2019 and office administration since 2023, I specialize in managing schedules, coordinating appointments, overseeing communications, and supporting the day-to-day needs of our leadership team. I enjoy being the person behind the scenes who helps things run smoothly and keeps everyone moving forward. My goal is to create an organized, efficient environment that allows our team to do their best work.
Outside of the office, I love skiing, playing pickleball, and spending quality time with family and friends.
I help keep roofing projects organized and customers informed from start to finish. At Raving Roofs, I work closely with our sales and production teams to set up projects, provide updates, answer questions, and send warranties once the work is complete. As a main point of contact for homeowners, I want everyone to feel supported and know what to expect throughout the process.
My roofing knowledge continues to grow, and I enjoy learning something new every day. I’m always happy to help wherever I’m needed.
Outside of work, I love spending time with family and friends, especially when we’re traveling together. Exploring new places, making memories, and discovering new things are some of my favorite activities. I’m naturally curious and always looking for opportunities to learn and grow.

As an Accounting Assistant at Raving Roofs, I help keep our financial and administrative operations organized so projects run smoothly. My responsibilities include processing invoices, tracking expenses, maintaining financial records, and supporting accounts payable and receivable.
I believe accuracy, organization, and attention to detail are essential to keeping things running efficiently. I take pride in supporting our team behind the scenes, making sure financial information is accurate and up to date. I also value clear communication, problem-solving, and finding ways to improve how we work.

As Accounting Supervisor, I bring 20 years of construction accounting experience to the team. I joined in 2022, drawn to the family atmosphere and the opportunity to apply my experience in the roofing industry. I earned my associate degree in accounting in 2000 and my Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 2021.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, traveling and spending time with family and friends. My husband, our 12 children and our growing family—including five grandchildren—are the center of my life.
I’ve worked in the roofing industry for more than 10 years, and as Service Manager at Raving Roofs, I focus on finding and fixing roofing problems. My specialties include leak detection, troubleshooting, and repairs. I enjoy figuring out what’s causing an issue and recommending solutions that will last.
I believe good service means paying attention to the details, communicating clearly, and doing the job right. I know how stressful roofing problems can be, so I make it a priority to address concerns promptly and help homeowners feel confident throughout the repair process.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my wife, especially camping and exploring the outdoors. Family is very important to me, and I believe in working hard while making time for the things that matter most.
I was born in Washington State and moved to Arizona in 2006. With nearly 20 years of experience in the roofing industry, I take great pride in the quality of my work, the materials I use, and the level of customer service I provide. I believe in doing every job right the first time and ensuring each customer is completely satisfied. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, children, family, and friends. My hobbies include working on vehicles and spending time outdoors, where I can relax and recharge.
